I'm Ashley, a seasoned hairstylist with over 15 years of experience. Hailing from Middletown, I've honed my craft through years of hands-on learning. However, it was after venturing far from home and welcoming my daughter into the world that I felt inspired to make a difference in my community.
My vision? To introduce an upscale, vibrant, and contemporary salon experience to Middletown, Delaware—a place that was missing from its landscape. My goal is to establish a haven where both clients and staff feel safe, valued, and empowered.

Wow Leanne was great she talked to me to find out what I wanted I had a picture but she asked questions explaining why she was cutting the way she was. I so appreciate her and her time. Ashley was excellent as always. I came in for a root touch up and a trim, but put my faith in her and she gave me a great new style - exactly what I didn’t know I needed. She also took the opportunity to share her wealth of knowledge with her staff and explained every step of the new cut to them. It was great to see her foster growth in her newer staff who seem very dedicated to the profession. There is nowhere else I would rather go!

I absolutely loveeee this salon. I have wavy/frizzy hair and I came from NY and it took 7 years for me to find Ashley. Her whole team is super friendly and so nice. They dress up to the 9s, continue their education yearly and have the best of the best products. I was afraid for postpartum hair loss at 4 months so i got my hand tied sew in extensions. And as a and stylist for 10 years I couldn't trust everyone with my hair type but I put hair and her hands and its been thriving ever since.

She was truly amazing in addressing what would work best for me personally. After installation I was truly shocked with the results! They flawless blended with my very thin hair.
