cancellation policy

If you cancel your appointment within 24hr of your scheduled time, a charge of 50% of the services booked will apply.
For no-shows, a charge of 100% of the services booked will be incurred.

adjustments

If you are not happy with your results please call the salon. We are happy to make adjustments within one week or less from your scheduled appointment.

refunds

Ash & Gold does not offer refunds of any kind.
